Led team of art directors, graphic designers, editors, copywriters, photographers and stylists to refresh brand standards and guidelines to appeal more directly to teens rather than directly to their parents. This resulted in several years of year-over-year sales improvements.
Developed a strategy for targeted seasonal editorial photo and video shoots in inspiring locations around the country.
Relaunched the PB Dorm business with a broader product range that inspired a new approach to photography, catalog layout, and voice.
Collaborated with Brand Marketing and PR to create a strategy for launching new celebrity product line collaborations, including some of the very first for the Pottery Barn family of brands.
Consulted on store design, seasonal messaging, video displays, and signage for nationwide retail.
