RESPONSIBILITIES & RESULTS

  • Led the Creative Content team, overseeing photography, video production, design and copy for all marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Launched the new Bedbathandbeyond.com with a core team of internal designers and a multi-phased brand campaign.

  • Conducted a RFP agency selection and contracted the prestigious firm Arts & Letters to develop a launch campaign, including anthem videos, digital OOH and TV.

  • Black Friday / Cyber Week ‘23 campaign broke company records in gross revenue.

  • Exceeded new customer growth targets in first year of relaunch.

  • Developed various partner and sponsorship content and art direction, including CBS Thanksgiving Day Parade spot.

  • Refined the brand visual expression and elevated its storytelling assets.

  • Developed several AI innovation projects designed to save money and encourage team growth in this area. Saved over $25K in one quarter in photography expense.
